What data do we collect?

JUXT collects the following data and demographic/ firmographic information:

  • Personal identification information, including (but not limited to): name, email address, phone number, company name, job title, country, industry, etc.
  • Free-text messages submitted via emails and/or our websites, based on your method of communication with us
  • IP addresses
  • Country of origin
  • Browser
  • If you apply for a job with JUXT, we collect the information in your resume and related materials submitted and collected in your application process

JUXT also collects statistical information and data.

To ensure the quality of our websites and monitor their usage, we may gather statistics with the assistance of third-party analytics providers. Such statistics may encompass: number visitors, including specific sections and pages, flow of traffic through the websites, time spent on our websites or its sections and pages, referral sources from other websites, frequently-used entry and exit points, visitor browser and operating system information, navigation methods within and away from our websites, and location data. If you submit your email address in any one of our online forms, you will be saved in our systems as a “contact”. We will link your activity on our sites to that entity. If you register using your company email address, we may add publicly-available information about the company in that contact entity.

You directly provide JUXT with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:

  • Register online or place an order for any of our products or services
  • Voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback on any of our message boards or via email
  • Sign up for a webinar or a live event, subscribe to a newsletter, agree to receive marketing materials, or download content such as whitepapers, e-books and research

JUXT will not share your data with partner companies.

How do we store your data?

JUXT stores your data on servers running Matomo Analytics and third party services, including Google Workspace and Salesforce. JUXT will delete your data if you submit a Right to Erasure Request. You do not need to live in the EU or have EU citizenship to make such a request.


JUXT would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like. Even if at any point in time, you have agreed to receive marketing communications from us, you can opt out at a later date. You have the right at any time to stop JUXT from contacting you for marketing purposes. If you no longer wish to be contacted for marketing purposes, please contact us at, or hit “unsubscribe” on our marketing emails. Emails could be sent on our behalf via third party companies, such as MailChimp, GoTo, Salesforce, and others.

What are your data protection rights?

JUXT would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:

  • The right to access – You have the right to request copies of your personal data stored at JUXT. We may charge you a small fee for this service.
