Before we can offer you a role, we ask everyone to complete a technical test. This involves making a change to a project we provide details of. What kind of change we ask you to make will depend on your experience level.
After reviewing your technical test, we may invite you to a technical interview. We'll start by talking about your technical test, and do some pair programming with you.
The final interview is to discuss the role and answer any questions you may have about working with us.
We'll send you a formal offer, with full details of the package, including salary, pension, holiday entitlement and private health cover.
