Following a period of rapid growth, we are now looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to support our Chief Technology Officer in a newly created role.

Location: Remote/home-based, with some travel to Milton Keynes.
Hours: The role is part-time, 25-30 hours per week across 5 days (with potential to increase hours in the future).

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a comprehensive, confidential and professional administrative service to the Director, across both work and personal requirements

  • Arrange meetings, take minutes, ensure all actions are followed up

  • Project management of key initiatives

  • Ensure activity is well coordinated and communicated, and good relationships are established and maintained

  • Prepare and coordinate travel itineraries, and process all business-related expense transactions

  • Be responsible for organising both internal and external company events

  • Become expert across all JUXT systems


The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous senior/Director-level PA experience

  • Strong organisational/time management skills

  • Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to prioritise, work proactively and on own initiative

  • Confidence to deal with people at all levels

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines

  • Computer literate, confident using new systems

  • Acts with discretion, trustworthiness and confidentiality
